Neuropsychological Evaluations are used to identify an individuals strengths and challenges.  They include cognitive, academic, memory, attention, and executive functioning measures.  The process includes a clinical interview, review of developmental history, questionnaires, and administration of standardized tests and procedures.  The results of the evaluation are used to inform recommendations to enhance the strengths and support the challenges.

Psychological Evaluations  are a structured assessment to understand an individual's mental health, emotional functioning, personality, and behavior.  In addition to a clinical interview, review of relevant history, and administration of standardized tests and questionnaires to assess cognitive, academic, memory, attention, and executive functioning, the evaluation helps diagnose mental health disorders, clarify symptoms, guide treatment planning, and inform recommendations for therapy, medication, or other interventions.

Individual Psychotherapy provides an environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, working collaboratively to develop effective strategies for personal growth and emotional well-being.
