My Services
I provide comprehensive mental health services for adolescents and adults, including individual psychotherapy and psychological assessment. In addition, I offer parent guidance sessions to support families in navigating challenges and fostering healthy relationships.
My Approach
With over twenty years of clinical experience, I am committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and fostering a deeper understanding of how the mind works. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly heard and understood. In our work together, I will listen attentively to your story, honor your experiences, and encourage you to view your circumstances from new perspectives.
My approach involves helping you clarify your true goals, identify important details that may be overlooked, and explore the underlying issues that shape your current challenges. Together, we will work to reconsider the impact of your past and open up new possibilities for your future. It is a privilege to accompany individuals on their journey toward personal growth and fulfillment.

"Wise people don’t tell us what to do, they start by witnessing our story. They take the anecdotes, rationalizations, and episodes we tell, and see us in a noble struggle. They see our narratives both from the inside, as we experience them, and from the outside, as we can't."
David Brooks
