My Services
I provide comprehensive mental health services for adolescents and adults, including individual psychotherapy and psychological assessment. In addition, I offer parent guidance sessions to support families in navigating challenges and fostering healthy relationships.
My Approach
It is difficult to explain how psychotherapy works.
True transformation only begins once a person feels genuinely understood. The most effective clincians act more like story editors than sages. They accept your narrative completely, yet they gently push you to reexamine it, allowing you to reshape your connection to both your past and your future. These individuals prompt you to clarify your deepest desires and to confront the emotional baggage omitted from your simplified accounts. They encourage you to look past the convenient, surface-level issues you brought to them and instead investigate the deeper, underlying struggles. Being perceived so deeply has a way of relieving internal pressure, granting you perspective on your circumstances, and restoring a sense of hope.
In teaching me about you, you will learn about yourself. It is a privilege to accompany individuals on this journey to greater self-understanding and personal growth.
